#WriteTuesday – More Book Editing

I’m not going to lie, but I’m a bit proud of myself: last night I managed to finish the edits on another chapter for the book I’m contracted to edit.  This won’t be the last edits for that chapter – it’s going to need some back and forth between me and the author.  But that’s okay – we’re making progress! 🙂

Other than that, not a whole lot else is new.  I went cross country skiing over the weekend (my mom and I skied almost 10 km on Sunday!)  Outside of the skiing though, I feel like I’ve been spending way too much time on Youtube lately.  So I think to hopefully help combat that, I’m going to start making weekly productivity plans again (as seen in my Hello 2020! post).  I fell away from that method due to the book editing in the fall (because I never knew what I’d be doing for the book in a given week).  But at this point I’m mostly waiting for the authors to get stuff back to me, so this seems like a good time to start planning once again.  I’m thinking I just won’t plan *too* much in any given week so I have the flexibility to jump back to the book editing as it comes up.

So how’s everything going for you?  Having a productive 2020 so far?
