Ever since I heard about NaNoWriMo several years ago, I wanted to participate. But I’ve been in school every year, and November was always one of the busiest months of the term.
But all that changed this year: I am free from school! I have a few commitments right now, but they take up less time than school did (particularly when I was working as a Graduate Assistant). So for me, there’s never been a better time to attempt writing a 50,000 word novel in one month.
As of right now, I have decided on which idea I am going to develop into a novel. The novel is untitled right now, but it is going to be a work of fantasy. I’ll provide more details (such as a working title) once I start writing and actually decide on such things.
